CNET goes all fancy and broadband, like

[Keyword: onlinejournalism]. Poynter is marvelling at some of the design ideas at CNET’s broadband-version news site, and eye-popping it is. In addition to the ‘current top stories’ map they focus on (see above) there’s also a cute ‘related stories’ element (see screengrab below – click for larger version) which seems to be trying to hard to do a simple job, but then I’m not complaining.
