It’s entry-level stuff – if you’ve heard the phrases “filtering role” and “democratisation” you’ve heard most of it before, although Bill Thomson’s distinction between user generated content (UGC) and citizen journalism (CJ) is interesting: UGC has no commercial value; CJ does.
