		<description>It seems lots of news orgs are developing this at the moment. The BBC&#039;s Catherine Hearne gave an interesting paper in Leeds last week on how the organisation plans to roll out a local news service online largely based around mapping news stories in this way to provide hyper local (multimedia) news. She said that the new &#039;BBC Local&#039; service should be approved by the BBC trust later in the year. And another paper (by Andy Price) at the Cardiff MECCSA conference talked about Trinity Mirror&#039;s Middlesbrough Gazette&#039;s use of a more rudimentary form of post-code geo taging, too (http://www.gazettelive.co.uk/gazette-communities/).</description>
