		<description>For our local newspaper in Peterborough UK, I would like to find out how many people locally twitter, and how many ex pats would be interested, before using the tool as a breaking news feed.

Although it doesn't take much time once up and running, it all adds up in terms of overall workload for the newsroom.</description>
