A few usability issues (lack of lining to profiles etc) have limited it's usefulness for me - but it's a beta, and a nice app at that. Integrating with mobile phone videos could contribute further to the adoption of it as a 'journalistic' tool - in the same way qik.com and others have. Great tool, really social, an awesome french community is growing everyday! :) As a french nutritionist, I should be able to stay in touch with my geeky patients; coupling the Seesmic WP plugin (for questions) with Skype (for live consulting) and Twitter (to answer question quickly, providing Diet Tips…), helping them to keep the motivation from anywhere, anytime and in almost any circumstances!
