		<description>That&#039;s very interesting that the Portuguese sites are linking to the blogs that refer to their articles.  That&#039;s something like the partnership that WaPo had with Technorati for awhile.  It&#039;s far better than the smarmy-aggressive &quot;come blog for our paper because you won&#039;t get readers any other way&quot; line that many U.S. newspapers are starting to take.</description>
