		<description>This reminds me of North East local papers the Shields Gazette - I&#039;d occasionally post a slightly argumentative comment and it never made it past moderation.

Then I tried a less argumentative point of view - still nothing.

Then I just wrote glowingly about the SG - and still nothing.

Like the other commenter said - I reckoned they just didn&#039;t turn it on - or couldn&#039;t be bothered to moderate a growing backlog of comments.</description>

		<description>I agree, that this situation us really awful, if the author, wants to know other people&#039;s opinion he should post comments, even if they are criticize his article or correct it. And of moderator post only positive comments, I think it is not fair to other readers.</description>

		<description>The Mail is still at it then. A colleague and I posted comments on a really off Mail story ages ago - we went back several times and the didn&#039;t make it past the moderator. I should have known using the words liberal and moderate would have hit their spam filter!
Do they actually have a moderator or is it just they forgot to turn off the comment function.
Get with the programme Daily Mail.</description>
