		<description>Great list Paul. What I am suggesting is no that an organisation exists to create or even manage public information.

What i think we need are some pretty clear standards for public information set out.  I make the comparison between council&#039;s and the BBC because both are paid (in part with local authorities) to generate public information.

Should they not be doing to comparable and equal standards?</description>
