		<description>I feel like text messages, blogs, anything shorthand like that is perfect for any military use. Was it used there first? The quick relay of information obviously helps them. It is interesting that, again, a really authoritative source is blogging when so many people think it is unreliable in any form. It would be nice to be able to differentiate the two.</description>
