Why not have everywhere this possibility? 
I would suggest though three (3) buttons:- (/) Like ; () Dislike ; (=) Follow . 
The choice to follow should be available, not obligatory; &amp;/but in some [highly important] cases maybe also the choice of NOT to follow ( _ ) could be a necessity.   { _(not only a &quot;Rate This&quot;) choice_ }
