URGENT - For your information: Barack Hussein Obama in full knowledge of his falsity and in reckless disregard to the Constitution of Brazil, from within Brazil commanded another nation Armed Forces to attack a third nation, by way of war. The Constitution of Brazil is very clear when saying that any authorization of war issued from within the Brazilian national territory, can only be made by the President of Brazil, and only after all the Constitution legal demands and requirements are duly fulfilled, accordingly. At the same time, the president of the United States was fully aware that, in the United Nations meeting, concerned with the case, the delegates of Brazil officially abstained Brazil from any participation in this conflict. Now, what the hell is Barack Hussein Obama trying to do against Brazil?
