   Is there a version for .COM? I’m in Ireland, so I can’t subscribe to the .CO.UK Kndle edition.

   Thanks.

   Unfortunately, Amazon tells me “This title is not available for customers from your location in: Europe”.

   Due to copyright restrictions, apparently. Amazon provides no further information.

   I’m assuming there’s a button somewhere needs tweaking re copyright, or that Amazon is just lagged and will soon update the rights and release it to me.

   I’ll keep you posted.
