Taking place this Friday, the ‘Investigative Journalism Goes Global’ conference at the University of Westminster has one of the most impressive casts of panelists you could ask for (and I’m not just saying that because I’m on one of the panels). An event like this deserves a good turnout – I’m hoping it can spark off some ideas about how we can maintain investigative journalism in a new media world, so if you want to meet up and chat about that let me know. This sounds like an interesting conference – if only I’d known earlier! Could you try to post stuff like this in advance? Or is there a good source of such conferences?
I did post about this a month or two ago, although I didn’t include the full run down then – just the panel I was on.
Apologies then, I’m new to the blog.
If you can’t go to this conference, then you still have the European Investigative Journalism conference in Brussels.
Paul,
Last I heard your name was floating around for the journalism in crisis
Did you chuck anything in, cuz the field could do with database, code journalism, sort of thing you’ve been doing.
